Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern use of the Amara website and services. Specific projects may also be governed by a proposal, statement of work, invoice, or other written agreement. If project-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.
Our services
Amara may provide business process analysis, operational recommendations, workflow improvement, automation, integrations, website design or redesign, technology setup, research, and custom solutions. Recommendations are based on the information available to us and the agreed scope.
No guaranteed business outcome
We work to identify practical improvements, savings opportunities, and ways to make operations more efficient. We do not guarantee a particular amount of savings, revenue, growth, leads, profit, platform performance, or other business result.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining appropriate ownership and permissions for accounts and materials you provide, reviewing work and recommendations, protecting credentials, and making final business, financial, legal, tax, employment, and regulatory decisions.
Third-party tools
Some solutions may rely on third-party software, hosting, payment processors, booking systems, APIs, or other providers. Their pricing, availability, features, and terms can change. Amara is not responsible for outages, changes, or actions of third-party providers.
Fees and project scope
Pricing, payment timing, deliverables, revisions, and project scope will be stated in the applicable proposal, checkout, invoice, or service agreement. Work outside an agreed scope may require additional approval and fees.
Intellectual property
Clients retain rights to materials they provide. Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables will be defined by the applicable project agreement. Amara retains rights to its pre-existing methods, know-how, templates, and reusable systems unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
You may not use our website or services to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access to systems, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Amara is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative losses arising from use of the website, recommendations, or third-party systems. Any additional limitations applicable to paid work may be stated in the project agreement.
Changes
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Continued use of the website after an update is subject to the then-current Terms.
